Giving back…

The last couple weeks have been amazing. I was able to spend some time using photography to give back to some very deserving people. My good friend Andrew Maguire and I headed off to be a part of Help Portrait over in Ann Arbor this year, if you haven’t heard of it take some time to check out their site. It was an amazing event to say the least. Next a group of local photographers teamed up to do a ton of senior photos for inner city kids calling it GRadPics. I have to say my hats off to everyone involved in making both of these events possible. I really hope this takes place again next year. After doing a few things like this it was a great reminder of how lucky I am to be able to do what I do every day. There are so many good people out there struggling, and it felt great to take a small portion of time to let them know that they are loved.
